"Tasting Lovely pink color with raspberry reflections. Frank, intense and refined nose with notes of strawberry combined with aromas of red fruits (redcurrant, blackberry, sloe and raspberry). Concentrated, round mouth with strawberry notes. Delicate aromas of fresh and crunchy red fruits. The aromatic power of Syrah dominates this fruity and silky wine. Subtle with hints of rose at the end of the mouth Very nice balance and a delighted freshness.
Food Pairing Best to be served at 12 °C. Aperitif wine. It goes well with dinner cocktails and summer celebrations and ceremonies. Grilled meats and fish on the barbecue or on the plancha. Ideal with Provencal and exotic cuisine."
