Profile: This 2012 vintage illustrates both the oily texture and the remarkable, deep concentration of flavours of our Bere Barley.
Colour: marzipan yellow
Nose: Complex and captivating, it exudes a sublime blend of fruity and floral notes which balance perfectly with the woody aromas of oak, suggesting a robustness and rigor specific to Bere barley.
Palate: Supported by a firm texture, Bere Barley's signature stone fruit notes slide across the palate like waves of ripe apricot and peach, overlaid with grain and malt accents.
Finish: Long and delicate: notes of ginger, oak and spices bathed in the sweet flavor of the alcohol."
